Morish White Chocolate Macadamia Cookies by Susan Pettitt

Biscuits and Slices

Why this recipe is special:
These bikkies are easy and yummy and once you start you wont stop eating them. I like making them as a special treat for my self.

Serves: 5

Ingredients:
125g soften butter
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 egg
1 cup chopped macadamia nuts
1/2 block of chopped white chocolate (you dont have to use this much but the more the better)
1tsp baking powder
2 cups flour

Method:
Cream butter and sugar, add vanilla and egg beat well. Add nuts and chocolate. sift in flour and baking powder. roll in to balls, flatten on baking tray and back at 180 c for 12 mins.
Cool and enjoy.
