Why this recipe is special:
I remember my mum making this for my family and it was eaten very quickly. It is an easy recipe all in one pot so it doesn't take much time.
Serves: 20
Ingredients:
150g butter 1/2 cup sugar
1 cup coconut 2 dsp cocoa
1/2 tsp baking powder 1 cup flour
3 weetbix 1/4 tsp salt
Method:
Melt butter in large saucepan. Add sugar, then all other ingredients and press into 8x10 baking dish. 180 oven for 20 minutes. Ice with chocolate icing while still warm, sprinkle with coconut and cut into fingers or squares.
