Biscuits and Slices
Why this recipe is special:
I grew up with these biscuits and now my children are growing up with them as well. There are nice memories going through my head when I bake them....I just love them!
Serves: 20+
Ingredients:
1 egg
1 cup sugar
2/3 cup oil
1/4 cup golden syrup
2 cup flour
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ginger
Method:
Beat the egg, sugar,oil,golden syrop together. Add the rest of ingredient. Roll into balls and roll them in sugar. bake 180 for 10-15 minutes. don't need to flatten. MMMMM
