Why this recipe is special:
Because it goes well on its own warm with butter straight from the oven or with any kind of meal from salad to stew!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Serves: 5
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups flour, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 2 tsp of baking powder, 1 cup grated cheese, 1/4 cup chopped parsely (optional), 2 eggs, 1/2 cup milk
Method:
sift the flour, salt and baking powder into your largest bowl and mix together with a fork. Stir in parsley and then the cheese with a fork. Lightly mix the egg and milk together in a bowl and add to the dry ingredients and mix with a fork until just mixed. DO NOT BEAT OR YOUR BREAD WILL BE DOUGHY! Line a loaf tin with baking paper and shape your loaf into the tin. Cook at 180 deg. c for about 40mins or until the loaf springs back when lightly touched.
