Chocolate Fudge Ribbon Cake by Jane McGuire

Why this recipe is special:
Very yummy dessert cake without an awful lot of effort!!!
Serves: 12
Ingredients:
185 grams Butter
1/4 cup of cocoa
1 cup sugar
2 beaten eggs
1 cup self raising flour
250 grams cream cheese
1/3 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla essence
Method:
melt butter, add cocoa and 1 cup of sugar, mix well, add 2 beaten eggs and flour.
Press 2/3 mixutre into a lined round baking tin.
Beat together cream cheese, 1/3 cup of sugar, 1 egg and tsp vanilla essence. Spread this mixture on top of mixture in tin, add last 1/3 of chocolate mixture.
Bake 180 degrees C for approx 60 minutes. Dust with icing sugar of melted chocoate.
