a good friend shared it with me was her auntys that owned a cafe easy to make and im always asked 4 the recipe
Serves: 12
Ingredients:
250gms butter 3cups sugar 4Tablespoons cocoa
2cups water 1teaspoon baking soda 4eggs
3cups flour 3teaspoons baking power
Method:
boil butter sugar water and cocoa in big pot till butter is melted.
remove from heat then mix in baking soda. beat eggs then add mix then add flour and baking power. put in greased tin. Bake at 180c for 40min.
This mixture is runney dont worry. ice with chocolate butter icing.
