Why this recipe is special:
This is a very rich creamy icecream for those special occasions.
Serves: 8
Ingredients:
1 500ml bottle of cream
3/4 tin of sweetened condensed milk
splash of vanilla essence
2 crunchie bars (smashed into pieces)
spash of Baileys/Kahlua
Method:
Beat the cream until fairly thick
Carefully fold the condensed milk into the cream
Add the vanilla essence, crunchies and Baileys to the mix, fold again gently
Freeze before serving
