Why this recipe is special:
It was passed on to me by my husbands mother and when I make it, it does'nt last long as every one loves it and I have even made it forfriends and they just love it.
Ingredients:
1 Cup Sugar, 1 Cup Milk, 1/2 lb Butter, 2 Tbsp Cocoa. 2x wine Biscuits and 1x Malt Biscuit
Method:
Boil Sugar, milk, butter and cocoa. Crush biscuits. Add crushed biscuits to boiled mixture. Spread into cake tin, leave to set. When cold ice with Chocolate icing
