Why this recipe is special:
I have had this recipe for more than 30 years and it is a treat I love to make each christmas. I give it away to everyone else to enjoy also.
Serves: 20+
Ingredients:
3 EGGS, 300ml CREAM, 1 tin SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK,
2 tablespoons HANSELLS DRINKING CHOCOLATE or 2 teaspoons CHOCOLATE ESSENCE,
2 teaspoons INSTANT COFFEE, 1/4 teaspoons COCONUT ESSENCE,
1 cup of WHISKEY.
Method:
Place all ingredients in a blender and whisk all for 3 minutes only (or the cream may curdle.)
- Ensure you have a vessel large enough to hold this volume which increases as you aerate.
Store in a sterilised bottle in the fridge.
YUMMM as a liquer, on icecream, or in coffee.
