Coconut Ice Fudge Cake by Fay McKay

Why this recipe is special:
A lovely moist cake recipe with nice flavours

Serves: 20

Ingredients:
110gms Butter, 1 cup Flour,, 3/4 cup sugar, 1 dstsp golden syrup, 1 tsp vanilla essence, 3/4 cup milk, 1 cup coconut, 1 tbsp cocoa, 1 tsp baking powder

Method:
Melt butter, golden syrup and milk in medium saucepan.
Add vanilla then sift dry ingredients into pot.
Mix well and bake in a sponge roll tin at 175' for 15 - 20 mins.
This is a very moist mixture.
Ice while still warm, leave in tin and cut into pieces.
Do not cover in cake tin
