Why this recipe is special:
Aunt Betty's puddings are very popular in our house. However the Choconut Cream lifts the puddings to a heavenly plane! Hansells Coconut essence underlines the Coconut flavour in the clouds of cream that go so well with rich chocolate puddings.

Serves: 4

Ingredients:
150 mls cream (half a small bottle)
100 g. white chocolate melts
1 teaspoon HANSELLS Coconut essence
1/4 cup canned coconut cream

2 x twinpacks Aunt Betty's Steamed Puddings (Sensational Belgian Chocolate are recommended)

Method:
1.) In a saucepan, gently heat the cream and white chocolate melts, stirring until smooth.
2.) Stir in Coconut essence. Leave to cool.
3.) Add coconut cream and beat until thick.
4.) Heat the Aunt Betty's puddings according to packet directions.
5.) Serve topped with Choconut Cream
