Why this recipe is special:
kids love it and they are able to help to prepare or make it as it is such an easy recipe.

Serves: 4

Ingredients:
canned peaches or pears chopped.
4 tablespoons jam.
50g butter.
1 egg
1/4 cup caster or white sugar.
1 cup self raising flour
1/2 cup milk.

Method:
Divide the fruit into mugs.
spoon jam over fruit.
melt butter
beat in the egg and sugar then mix in flour and milk.
spoon mixture over fruit and jam.
cook in microwave on high for 3 1/2 - 4 minutes.
rest for 2-3 minutes.
tip out onto individual plates.
