Why this recipe is special:
This recipe is special to me because my kids likes to bake these with me. And we all enjoy eating them after wards.

3/4 cup oil
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 1/4 cups cocoa powder
2 teaspoons Hansells vanilla essence
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 1/2 teaspoons Hansells baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Confectioners’ sugar
Makes: 3 Dozen
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees . Prepare 2 baking sheets.
2. In a bowl, combine all ingredients until well-blended.
3. Form the dough into 1-inch balls. Roll in confectioners’ sugar then put them on the baking sheets.
4. Bake until cookie cracks on top (8-10 mins). Do not over bake. Center should still be soft.
5. Remove from cookie sheet and cool on rack.
