This is a great recipe to make with the kids. It is very quick & easy, with no cooking necessary. Loved by young & old, and great to keep a little in the fridge for that surprise visitor.
Serves: 20+
Ingredients:
175g Soft Brown Sugar
250g Butter
1 tin Condensed Milk
2 pkts Wine Buscuits (finely crushed)
2 cups Apricots (finely chopped)
Method:
On low heat, slowly melt Butter, Brown Sugar & Condensed Milk ; Add Wine Buscuits & Apricots ; Mix thoroughly and spread into a Sponge Roll tin ; Refridgerate ; Serve as slice with cream or a cup of coffee/tea
