Why this recipe is special:
My nana made these for me when I grew up in Scotland and my mum made them for my kids.They're a favourite in our house and easy for kids to help make. We can demolish a whole tray in one day!!!
Serves: 20+
Ingredients:
100g Butter
100g Marshmallows
100g Chewy toffees
100g Rice bubbles
Method:
In a large pan, melt butter first then add marshmallows and toffee and heat until all has melted and combined. Stir in rice bubbles and pour into swiss roll tin and press down firmly. Refrigerate until firm and cut into squares.
