Why this recipe is special:
It is a classic kiwi favourite but the craisins and raspberry essence give it a delicious new twist, that is loved by children and adults.
Serves: 20+
Ingredients:
4 Cups of rice bubbles
1 ½ cups sifted icing sugar
1 cup dessicated coconut
1 cup chopped craisins
3 tbsp cocoa
1 tsp Hansells Raspberry Essence
250 grams of kremelta
Method:
Mix first 5 ingredients together in a bowl
Pour Melted kremelta and Hansells Essence in and mix well
Put in patty cups and chill
Makes 24
