Why this recipe is special:
A very quick,simple but very impressive rich tasty mousse
Serves: 3
Ingredients:
210g cake Cadbury Tiramisu chocolate
•300 ml cream
•chocolate curls for decorating
Method:
1/ Melt chocolate in microwave. Stir in 150 mls of cream.
.2/ Beat the remaining cream and fold into the chocolate mixture .
.3/ refrigerate until firm - about 1 hour. Decorate with whipped cream and chocolate curls
