Why this recipe is special:
It is a very rich ttreat/dessert/slice, awesome served warm with Vanilla Ice cream. Everyone that has tried it has wanted to recipe, so it must be good. Will guarantee it will be a hit at your place!
Serves: 16
Ingredients:
200g Butter - Softened
1 1/2 Cups of Sugar
1 Cup Cocoa
3 Eggs
1/2 Cup of Flour
1/4 tsp Vanilla Essence
220g of White Chocolate - chopped
Icing Sugar (to dust)
Method:
Beat Butter, Sugar, Essence and Cocoa with an electric Beater.
Add Eggs one at a time and beat
Add Flour and Chocolate then mix together.
Place mixture in a brownie tin and bake for 1 hour at 150 degrees. You will know when it is done as small cracks appear on the top, will be soft to touch
Dust with icing Sugar
