Kiwi Afghans

Why this recipe is special:
The Caster Sugar and Weetbix gives a great texture and yummy flavour!!! They are seriously delicious.

Serves: 15

Ingredients:
200g softened Butter
75g Caster Sugar
175g Flour
25g Cocoa
3 crushed Weetbix

Method:
Beat softened butter and sugar to a cream, add sifted flour and cocoa then crushed Weetbix - mix well.

Put spoonfuls on paper lined tray - bake about 12-15 mins at 180C.

When cold ice with chocolate icing and chopped walnuts.
